Shipping policy.

I ship all items from Germany.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-8 business day depending on the amount of orders.

Germany: Delivery time: 1-5 business days.

                   I ship German orders as letter mail or ‘BüWa’ (Bücher-, Warensendung) without tracking.

EU: Delivery time: 1-4 weeks.

                    Letter mail (flat items) will mostly be delivered faster.

                    I ship EU mail as letter mail with no tracking if it only contains flat items (sticker, sticker sheets, postcards, etc.).

If your order contains non-flat items like washi tapes, keychains, memo pads, etc. or if you choose a tracking option please note the import taxes information below*

Any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility.

I will not collect nor remit VAT, so it will be collected by your country's customs office.

Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
